The 7 H's Podcast features guests who are living proof that the framework works — not just in theory but in real, often challenging, real-world conditions.

Ideal Guest Criteria

  • Has a compelling story tied to at least one of the 7 H's pillars
  • Entrepreneurs, educators, community leaders, athletes, parents, or executives
  • Can speak candidly about real challenges, failures, and what changed
  • Has actionable takeaways our listeners can apply immediately
  • Comfortable on audio / available for a 45–60 minute recorded conversation
  • Willing to share the episode with their own audience
